You need to commit 40 hours a week to have a £500k coaching business. This means
that any hours that you are not delivering coaching have to be invested into marketing and
sales activity.
So, if you have 1 weekly client, you will invest 1 hour into the coaching session and 39 hours
into your marketing activity to generate sales calls/sales meetings.
If you are delivering 20 hours of coaching per week then you need to be investing 20 hours
into Marketing and sales activity.
