Draft up a plan of 3-12 messages and then create a list of your prospects and keep a spreadsheet of where you are up to and send out the messages regularly. There is a sheet of ideas in the programme on the Run Your Business From One File post if you copy that Airtable file on the Copy Manager sheet you will see examples of messages to give you some ideas. Don't just copy and paste if it is not relevant to your core client.
