As Expandi is a cloud based solution you will need to set active hours for when you profile will be running. This means you don't need to open the application for the software to run, if there are tasks to be done, the system will send them out during the active times.
To set up your active times you should follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Profile Settings
Step 2: Select the tab on the left which says Active Times Settings
Step 3: Set the time zone you wish to operate during
Step 4: Customize the times for each day
Step 5: Click apply
You have the option to set the same time each day or to customize so that every day looks different. You also have the ability to switch off certain days of the week if you don't wish to do outreach on those days.
