How to edit the form for the 15-min call

You can edit an existing form to fit your needs. From content to stylistic changes, you can completely customize the appearance and information in a form. Follow these steps to create your perfect form:

Step 1: Navigate to Sites > Forms > Builder from the menu on the left side of your screen.

Step 2: Click Edit for the "15min Call Form"

Step 3: On the righthand side you'll see all the options for editing your Form.

• Under "Fields", you will see standard and custom fields.
• Select "Custom Field

• Scroll down and click "Add Custom Field"

• If you are going to add a short question, select "Text". But if it's a long question, select 'large text".

• Then click-and-drag this field into the form.

• After adding or any existing fields can be edited. You can click on the field and the right menu will now allow you to change the field text.

• You can make it "required" by clicking the field and then checking the required box.

• Do this for every field you want to add.
