Account Setup: Step 3 - Profile - Calendar Configuration

Calendar Configuration (each team member added in the account that will take sales call should do this)


Go to settings* by clicking right click open in new window** > profile and scroll down to see "Calendar Configuration" > Primary Calendar > Edit


  • In the screenshot example below, I selected my main calendar.
  • Under "Allow contact creation" - make sure to leave it blank so your appointments outside ProCoach Platform that came from your Google Calendar will not show up as appointment inside.


  • Then scroll down and go to "Check for conflicts"


  • If you already sync your other Google Calendars to the main calendar, you will see them in the list. In the screenshot, I have 2 other calendars I wanna check for conflict.
  • For example, you've got a prospect who saw the Accelerator Call and your primary calendar has an availability at 9am but in your other calendars, 9am is already blocked. Even if you added 9am in your availability in ProCoach Platform, it will be blocked as well. This way we can prevent double bookings.


  • If you want to delete the calendars you connected, just click "Connected" and a pop up like this will appear:

NOTE: Once you disconnect Google/Outlook integration, the system will automatically remove the calendars that are connected in the primary calendar and in check for conflicts calendar. You have to repeat the process above if you do this.
