Account Setup: Step 3 - Profile - User Availability

Profile Availability Setup (each team member added in the account that will take sales call should do this)


  • Go to settings by clicking right click open in new window > profile and scroll down to see "User Availability".
  • Under Meeting Location, select Custom if you're using Google Meet or other tools aside from Zoom and paste the link in the Meeting Location.


  • If you have integrated Zoom, then select Zoom.
  • If you haven't, then read this document: Connect Zoom


  • Select your Timezone
  • Under Available hours, this is where you need to select what day you would like to get a call. Blue color means your available on that day. Then edit the time below it.
  • You need to click the time field to select your time preference.
  • If you need to have multiple time during the day, click "+ hours" and a new time "8-5" will be added automatically. Then just edit it.
  • If you have the same availability for all the day, you can click " Apply All" and it will reflect in the other days you are available.
  • Then click "Update Availability
