Bulk Pause and Continue

In a campaign, you now have the ability to bulk pause or continue the leads. Within campaigns, you can set up sequences to send to your leads. You will continue to receive messages in the sequence until they reply. Once the lead replies to a message the lead is automatically paused and you can decide what to do next. There are a few options in this case including reply templates and manual responses.

You can also manually pause and resume selected people in bulk.

1. Go to the Campaigns.
2. Choose one of your campaigns
3. Go to the People's tab.
4. Simply select the leads you wish to pause or resume, press on Actions, then Filtered actions, and select Pause Selected Group if you wish to pause the leads or Continue Selected Group if you wish to resume the leads in the campaign.

Pause or Resume filtered leads

If you wish to pause or resume all filtered leads in the campaign, without selecting them one by one. You should use Pause Filtered Group or Continue Filtered Group options.
