How to add prospects to your campaign?

There are a few ways you can add people to a campaign. First, you should decide what type of campaign you will run. You can find out all the campaign types here.

The most common way of adding people to a campaign is through doing a search. First, you need to go to the Search menu and create a search. You have a couple of options and different kinds of searches to choose from. Find out how these work here.

Once you have created a search, go to the Search tab and select the search you want to add to a campaign.

Assign selected leads to a campaign

The button Assign to a campaign will be active only if you have selected people from your search. When you click on the button Assign all to campaign, the page will appear – where you will have to choose which campaign you want to assign people to. You can select a start time of your choice or Expandi can do it automatically. To finish the task, just click on Add selected contacts to the campaign.

Assign all results

The button Assign filtered contacts will always be available to you. You don’t need to select people. All people who are filtered on tags, campaigns, etc. who are shown on your screen right now, will be added to the campaign you select. You will get the same screen you would if you had clicked on Assign all to campaign. You can select a start time of your choice or Expandi can do it automatically. To finish the task, just click on Add selected contacts to the campaign.

You can also load users into a campaign directly in two ways:

• Import a CSV
• Add by a profile link

Import a CSV

As long as you have a profile link within the CSV you can upload multiple people into a campaign. Just click import CSV, drag and drop your CSV and map the fields you wish to use as placeholders.

If you wish to add a single user to a campaign you can just paste the URL of their profile into the campaign as shown below.
