Campaign Priority Settings

Let’s face it: LinkedIn limits - your outreach.
For instance, you can send a maximum of 100 messages per day on Expandi and the software won’t allow you to go over LinkedIn limits to keep your account safe. So If you have 10 active campaigns, the limits in the general profile settings are set to 100 messages per day and the limits in the campaign settings are set to 10 messages per day in each of the campaigns.
In this scenario, Expandi will send 10 messages per campaign by default and the total number of messages sent per day will be 100.
All LinkedIn Lead generation tools act in the same way.
But Expandi goes further, and now you can control the priority of any type of your campaign.
Campaign prioritization is applicable to all campaign types. The example you see below is with a builder campaign.
Why control the priority of your campaigns?
Let’s imagine that you have two ongoing campaigns on the stage of second/third follow-ups and are going to add a new campaign.
So what should you send first? The third follow-up message or the connection request?
It makes sense to send a connection request first since the third follow-up message has a lower chance to bring leads.
So you can set different priorities for your campaigns:
- High or Medium priority for a new campaign
- Low priority for the current campaigns
As a result, Expandi will send more connection requests from the new campaign and fewer from the existing one.
You can change the priorities again when all connection requests are sent.
How to set up a campaign priority?
- Select the Campaigns tab, choose the campaign you wish to set the priority for and press on it
- Go to the Settings of it
- Activate the Use Priority feature by pressing on the toggle and select Low, Medium or High priority.
- Once it is done, Apply changes and your campaign will be prioritized.
