In case you forgot the password, you can reset it by clicking "Forgot Password" in the login page.

Next is to confirm if the email address is your login email. And then click "Reset Password"

Please go to your email to check for the new password.

If you need to change your email address, please click the 'Submit a Ticket' button in the upper menu of our Help Center: http://support.businesscoachacademy.com

Click 'Proceed to Login" and you will see this:

Check your email. You should receive this exactly this:

If you can't find it, try to search the subject line "Password Reset" and also check the Spam folder. Make sure you don't have any filter applied in your email settings that would block any emails like this.

Then copy paste the password and go back to the login page.

If you haven't done this, make sure to add the login url on your bookmarks: portal.businesscoachacademy.com
