With the post-engagement search, you can scrape the people from LinkedIn who interacted on your or somebody else's post.
To create the search, please follow the steps below, Part 1:
- Go to LinkedIn
- Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
- Click on Posts & Activity
- Click on Posts
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of your post
- Click on Copy link to post
Part 2:
- Go to Expandi, and press on Search on the sidebar menu
- Create a New Search
- Select Post-engagement search from the list and create a name for it
- Paste the URL that you copied from LinkedIn
- Copy the ID of your post on LinkedIn
- Paste the ID
- Complete the action
In order to use the Post engagement search tool, you first need to go to LinkedIn. You should decide if you want to use your own post or someone else’s post.
If you want to use your own post, you should click on your profile icon in the upper right corner. There, in the falling menu, you should click on Posts & Activity.
When you click on Posts & Activity, it will lead you to a page will all your activity. Click on posts. Then go to the article you want to use. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the post. Then click on Copy link to post.
After you have copied the link, go to Expandi. Go to the Search menu and create a New Search.
After you create a new post, choose a name for it (1.), then click on Post Engagement (2.), paste the URL to the post you copied from LinkedIn (3). The last step is to copy the post ID from the URL and paste it in the last field (4.). Click on Apply (5.).
